3. Release the Recording mute switch (8).
4. To start recording again, depress Pause button @@ to release it.
The
tape will start moving and recording will start.

RADIO PROGRAMS
Set the Function
selector @ to the "RADIO"
position and
press the
Record and Playback buttons @)and @ .
(The sound can be monitored through the speakers.)
Note: If beat noise is audible during recording of an LW or MW radio pro-
gram, set the RIF switch
to the position where no such sound is
heard.

MICROPHONE
When recording from the built-in microphones, set the Function selector
@ to the "TAPE"
position and press the Record and Playback buttons

SOURCES
All
program
sources
may
be
directly
recorded
on
cassette
tape.
External program sources have to be connected to the Record/playback
(DIN)
socket 44) and
set
the
Function
selector
@)
to the "LINE
IN/PHONO"
position and the Phono/Line-in selector @ to "LINE IN'.
When recording from record player, connect the phono leads of record
player to the Phono
sockets @) and set the Function
selector @) to
"LINE
IN/PHONO"
position
and
the
Phono/Line-in
selector @ to
"PHONO".
Be sure to connect the ground lead of record player to Ground terminal
Note: A DIN lead can be used only with an amplifier.
Accordingly, recording and playback are not possible by connecting
two radio cassette recorders with a DIN lead.
TO STOP THE TAPE
By employing the Full Auto Stop Mechanism, the tape stops automatically
at the end of the tape during recording, playback, fast forwarding or
rewinding.
When the end of tape is reached with the Auto-rewind switch
@3) set to ON in the playback mode, the tape is automatically rewound to
its start and Playback is repeated 6 times.
