The electrophotography process consists of the following steps:
Photoconductor unit charge
• Photoconductor unit charge ...... The charge roller [3] gives an equal charge across the surface of
the photoconductor unit [4].
• Laser exposure ...... Laser beam [2] creates an electrostatic latent image on the photoconductor
unit [4].
• Development ...... The development roller [4] carries toner to the latent image on the
photoconductor unit [4].
