CONFIGURING THE UNIT
In addition to the previous adjustments to be made on the UI, you need to set two parameters on the unit
-
Compressed air pressure for unclogging the cartridges;
-
Pressure switches for the trigger threshold for cartridge unclogging
and the alarm threshold for cartridge saturation.
1) Compressed air pressure adjustments for unclogging the cartridges
The unclogging pressure in the filter cartridges must be set between 4.5
and 5 Bars.
To do so, you must use the knob on the pressure reducer filter

Pull it up to allow rotation

Screw the knob to increase the air pressure

Unscrew the knob to decrease the air pressure
 On the Home screen of the UI, check the set pressure (4.5 to 5
Bars)
An alarm is set at 4 Bars in the SETTINGS screen of the UI
2) Pressure switch settings

Set the THRESHOLD pressure switch
(triggering unclogging)
to 1000Pa

Set the ALARM pressure switch
(cartridge saturation)
to 1500Pa
When the cartridge saturation alarm is active, you must :
If that is not sufficient to reduce the cartridge saturation rate, replace the cartridges.
