TRANSCAST System: Send/Receive Email
Setting up,
sending,
receiving
Email
Go to the Email Menu

Press "Email" on the keyboard - - or - - On the Setup menu, click on the word "Email",
as shown above.

Click on the Email option you want to go to, or task you want to perform.

Follow the on-screen instructions or click "Help" on the keyboard.

When you are finished using Email, click on the Transcast icon to return to the Transcast
homepage, or click on "Phone Hangup", to end the Email session.
Overview of Transcast Email Options
• Create an Email Account
Using the keyboard, press "Email". When the Email menu appears, choose "I want to create
a new Email account." When you first registered for Transcast, you entered an account user
name and password. Key-in the same user name and password. Click "Log In".
• Send Email
Click on, "Send Mail" - To create and send an Email message. Type in your message and
click "Send". Follow on-screen instructions, or click "Help".
• Receive Email
Click on, "Read Mail" - To read Email messages people have sent to you. Follow on-screen
instructions, or click "Help".
