GUIDE Plus+ GOLD System: Overview of Downloads
It is possible to download information for the GUIDE Plus+ from the Antenna
or Cable sources. To download information is necessary to Setup the GUIDE
Plus+ System in the following way:
1 Get in Setup Menu
The first time it gets automatically.
The next time you need to get in the Setup menu
manually. (See GUIDE Plus+ option section)
Follow the instruction in the screen.
1-a Downloading with an Antenna.
Follow the instructions:
"Do you have cable?" select "No"
"Do you have a cable box?" select "No"
*If you have a VCR
"Do you have a VCR?" select "Yes". Otherwise "No"

Downloading with Cable.
Follow the instructions:
"Do you have cable?" select "Yes"
*If you have cable box.
"Do you have a cable box?" select "Yes". Otherwise "No"
*If you have a cable box the cable box screens
configuration appears:
Select your cable box brand from a list.
Select cable box output channel: 2, 3,4
(you need to check in your cable box
hardware configuration).
Note: In this configuration the Cable box must
be ON and the TV OFF for the GUIDE Plus+ System
to receive information.

Finally, the Setup Complete Screen appears. Press
enter to leave the GUIDE Plus+ Setup menu.

Select Exit option to Quit. (See fig.2)
The data downloading could take up to 24 hours from
the time of the initial GUIDE Plus+ System Setup.
