Who is Covered
This warranty
covers only
the original
purchase
r of Rockfo rd

purchased fro
m
an authorized Rockford Fosgate dealer
in

he
United Stat es. In
order to receive
service,

e
purchaser must provide Rockford

ith
a
copy of the
receipt stating
the
customer
name, dealer
name,
product
purchased
and
date of
purchase.
Products
found to be
defective
du
ring the wa rra nty
peri od will
be repaired
or
replaced (wit

deemed to be equivalent) at Rockfo

discreti on.
What is Not Covered
1.
Damage
ca
used
by
accident,
abuse, im
proper installation,
operations,

2. Any cost or expense related to the removal

lation
of product.

Service performed
by
anyone other than Rockford or an authorized Rockford
Fosgate
service center.

Any prod
uct which
has
had
the
serial

ber
defaced, altered,
or removed.
5.
Subseq uent damage
to

6.
Any product purchased outside the
U.S.
7. Any product not purchased from an authorized
