Configure Message

This message is sent to the unit, when the host computer wishes to change which unit or units are to be on
line. When the message has been received by the unit a Status reply message will be sent back by the unit.
The command will only change the state of the unit IF the unit is in REMOTE mode. The actual position of
the switch is overridden but the indicators on the front panel show the actual status.
