4.1 Filling the oil H24Dynamic is delivered with an empty oil tank. Fill the tank to the indicator mark on the oil stick. Use only the oil recommended by Hydroscand Machine AB. Recommended oil: ISO VG46 4.1.1 Machine placement The placement of the machine in relation to the operator’s position must make it possible to observe the result of the operation and maintain safety conditions. - Page 8 EdItIon I 2015-08-21 For example: Crimping 16mm hose requires die nr 16 with the adjustment dial set to zero (0) and lined up with zero (0) in the window. EdItIon I 2015-08-21 4.5 Changing die set 1. Retract the dies completely by pressing the die return button. 2. Remove inserted die set by using the enclosed QC - tool and pull the locking pin until the die segment releases. -

EdItIon I 2015-08-21 4.6 Changing die with the QC - tool A die set storage compartment and QC-tool are available as option to the machine. The QC-tool allows you to remove the entire die set in one step. See below illustrations. -

Use a small brush to lubricate the cone shaped surfaces in the cylinder. Better to lubricate sparingly and more often than seldom and excessively. Without lubrica- tion, the machine looses power and will damage the sliding surfaces. Use only the lubrication recommended by Hydroscand Machine AB: Optimol viscogen 4. Page 11... -
