    The use of any spare parts that deviate from this manual’s speci- fications, any other changes/manipulations (however insignificant) made to your machine releases Hydroscand Machine AB from any liability for consequences that arise due to the machine’s performance, level of safety for nearby persons and/or personal property.

Refusal to follow these requirements puts others at severe risk of injury! Always dispose of operation waste according to current local laws and regula- tions.

    3/16”-1 ½”, H32D AutoCal for dimensions 3/16”-2”. Any other use of this machine is conside- red improper and Hydroscand Machine AB is not liable for injury or damage to persons, pro- perty or the machine. The machine shall only be used for crimping hydraulic hose according to specifi cation.

    H24/H32D AutoCal USER MAnUAL EDiTiOn i 2013-02-27 3.3 Identifi cation The machine can be identifi ed by the CE-label with the following information located on its backside: • Manufacturer • Serial number • Manufactured year • Weight • voltage • pressure • Force note! It is absolutely prohibited to remove or da- mage the identifi cation plates.

Holding down the button increases the increment with 10mm/0.1 inch. 14. Crimping diameter minus (-). Decreases crimping opening diameter in 1 mm/0.01 inch increments.

    4.3 Filling the oil H24D/H32D AutoCal is delivered with an empty 24 liter oil tank. Fill the tank to the indi- cator mark on the oil stick. Use only the oil recommended by Hydroscand Machine AB. Recommended oil: iSO vG46 4.4 selecting dies Determine the crimping dimensions for the current operation and select the die set with the correct interval that corresponds to the crimping measurement.

Use the plus/minus buttons for die set selection and select the die sitting in the machine.

    It is better to lubricate sparingly and more often than seldom and excessively. Without lubrication, the machine looses power and can damage the gliding surfaces. Use only the lubrication recommended by Hydroscand Machine AB: optimol viscogen 4...

    Change the filter every time the oil is changed. Fill the new oil to the mark on the measurement stick (see photo 1).     H24/H32D AutoCal USER MAnUAL EDiTiOn i 2013-02-27 if there is a need to calibrate the machine without the simple calibration function, press the shift button and push the opening diameter minus (-) button twice. The indicator lamp will now be red. if simple calibration is activated and you believe that calibration is unnecessary, press the shift and opening diameter minus (-) button.
