4. Attach the top middle board (G) Fig. 15, to the front
of the skew board opposite of the skew board that the
curtain frame plates are attached. Align the three holes
(A) Fig. 15, in the top middle board (G), with the three
holes in the skew board (I). Insert a 1/4-20x5/8" flange
screw through the hole in the top middle board and the
hole in the skew board, thread a 1/4-20 flange nut onto
the flange screw and tighten securely. Repeat this
process for the two remaining holes in the top middle
board and skew board as shown in Fig. 15.
FOR MODEL 50-885 ONLY
5. Attach the board support (K) Fig. 16, to the 2 skew
boards (I). Align the holes in the board support (K) Fig. 16
with the holes in the skew boards (I). Insert a 1/4-20x5/8"
flange screw through the hole in the board support and
the hole in the skew board, thread a 1/4-20 flange nut
onto the flange screw and tighten securely. Repeat this
process for the three remaining holes in the board
support and the skew board.
CURTAIN FRAME
1. Align the curtain frame (O), and back curtain rod (P),
on a flat surface as shown in Fig. 17.
2. Attach the back curtain rod (P), to the back of the
curtain frame (O) Fig. 18. Insert a 1/4-20x7/8" flat head
screw through the curtain frame (O) and the back curtain
rod (P), thread a 1/4-20 flange nut onto the 1/4-20x7/8"
flat head screw and tighten securely. Repeat this process
for the remaining hole in the curtain frame and back
curtain rod.
3. Attach the side curtain rods (Q) Fig. 18, to the side of
the curtain frame (O). Align the holes in the side curtain
rods (Q) Fig. 18 with the holes in the curtain frame (O).
NOTE: MAKE SURE THAT THE CURTAIN FRAME
SUPPORTS (A) ON THE SIDE CURTAIN RODS ARE
POSITIONED TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE CURTAIN
FRAME AS SHOWN IN FIG. 18A. Insert a 1/4-20x7/8"
flat head screw through the curtain frame and the side
curtain rod, and thread a 1/4-20 flange nut onto the flat
head screw and tighten securely. Repeat this process for
the three remaining holes in the side curtains and the
curtain frame.
4. Attach the curtain frame supports to the curtain
frame. Align the hole in the curtain frame support (A) Fig.
18A, with the hole in the curtain frame (O). Insert a 1/4-
20x7/8" flat head screw through the curtain frame and
the curtain frame support and thread a 1/4-20 flange nut
onto the flat head screw and tighten securely. Repeat
this process for the remaining curtain frame support.
