    Type 8745 Safety SAFETY Intended use The device MFM is designed to measure the mass flow rate of clean and dry gases. The device MFC is designed to measure and regulate the mass flow rate of clean and dry gases.

Do not touch electronic components when the supply voltage is connected. Electric shock due to electrical components Touching live parts can result in severe electric shock.
