Commissioning:
➢ Protective clothing, gloves, hearing protection and safety goggles are required
for the operator.
➢ When starting up for the first time, set the gun selector switch to steam without
additive and operate the gun switch lever for at least 30 seconds. Connect the
machine to the electrical mains.
➢ Connect the machine to the mains water or fill the water inlet tank from a
separate container by pouring water into it.
➢ Fill in detergent
➢ EMERGENCY - Stop Unlock switch
➢ Set ON / OFF hazard switch to 1-ON. Display indication:
➢ Green signal lamp lights up
➢ Set the "STEAM" rotary control to "START"
➢ Set DETERGENT rotary knob (OPTIONAL)
➢ Set gun selector switch to "Steam without additive"
➢ Operate the gun shift lever, the machine starts.
The machine is ready for operation when the continuous green signal appears. After
longer breaks in operation, when the machine is cold, the green continuous signal
appears approx. 3 minutes after start-up. Adjust steam regulator and additive dosing
as required. To change the steam condition from wet to dry, turn the rotary knob
"STEAM" towards "DRY" until the desired steam pattern is achieved.
Service interruptions:
For short interruptions of operation, release gun selector lever. Set gun selector switch
to 0.
Decommissioning:
➢ Release gun shift lever
➢ Set gun selector switch to 0
➢ Set the ON / OFF hazard switch on the machine to 0-OFF.
➢ EMERGENCY Stop - Lock switch
Unlocking after fault shutdowns:
➢ Set gun selector switch to 0.
➢ Correct the cause of the error.
➢ Reset error message by tapping the "cancel" button
