3. Ensure that the seawater pump and the circulation pump are not blocked by rotating its motor fan with a screw-
driver.
4. Check the temperature of the chiller.
Follow the chiller manual instructions.

Ensure that the temperature of the chiller is not set below 7 °C.

11 Operation

NOTE Risk of freezing
Do not set the ventilation system to below 7 °C.
Use the temperature controller to operate the fan coil.
Follow the manufactur's instructions.

12 Cleaning and maintenance

WARNING! Electrocution hazard
The power supply to the device must be switched off before any maintenance work.
CAUTION! Risk of injury
• After disconnecting the fan coils from the power supply wait 5 min so that the fan switches off and
stops rotating.
• Before touching the fan coil ensure that the fan coil has cooled down.
NOTICE! Damage hazard
Do not use corroding fluids when cleaning the filter.
Visually inspect the electronics for damage each time maintenance is performed.
Check the grounding circuit regularly.
Periodically pour water into the condensate drip pan to check the efficiency of the condensate drain.
First year of use: Clean the filter every 7 days.
Use the ventilation system for more than 1 year: Replace the filter every 6 months.
Check the filter and heat exchanger every 3 months.
Clean the heat exchanger every 3 months.
If the ventilation system has not been used for a long time:
• Check the terminal strips for tight fit.
• Ensure that the resistors are working correctly (if present).
• Ensure that the switchboard is supplied with power.
