FINISHING THE INSTALLATION

Loosening the four motor mounting screws on the

mounting bracket. Remove the two non-slotted motor
mounting screws and loosen the slotted motor mounting
screw with lock washers. (Fig. 1)
Move fan into position over the mounting bracket. Place the

key holes in the motor mounting plate over the two screws
previously loosened from the mounting bracket. Turn the
motor mounting plate until the motor mounting plate locks
in place at the narrow section of the key holes. Secure by
tightening the two motor mounting screws previously
loosened and the other two previously removed. (Fig. 1)
WARNING: Locking slots of the mounting bracket are
provided only as an aid to mounting. Do not leave the fan
assembly unattended until all four motor mounting screw
with lock washer (BB) are engaged and firmly tightened.
Raise the motor housing up against the mounting bracket.

The four supports inside the motor housing should be
placed against the four studs on the mounting bracket.
Twist the motor housing clockwise until snug. (Fig. 2)
