Switching the message key flashing on/off
The receipt of new messages is indicated by a flashing message key on the handset. This type of
alert can be switched on/off for each message type.
In idle status:
Press the
select the message type:
Messages in the network mailbox
Missed calls
New SMS
Messages in the mailbox (only for a system with a local mailbox)
The number 9 followed by the entry (e.g. 975) is displayed, in the entry field, the current
setting for the selected message flashes (e.g. 0)
Message key flashes
Message key does not flash
Confirm selected setting with OK
or
revert to idle status without changes:
