Switching Preout
Switch the front preout to non-fading. When you switch to
non-fading, you can adjust the volume separately.
1 Turn off the power,
2 While pressing buttons #1 and #4 at the same
tune, press the
TUN button to switch the preout to non fading
"NF" is displayed when non fading is selected
When non-fading is selected, the high pass filter 1s autamati-
cally applied to the speaker output
Repeat steps 1 and 2 to switch

When the front preout is switched to "non-fading", the level dif-
ference between this preout and the rear preout and front and
rear channels can be adjusted.
The "non-fading" preout level
remains the same while the rear preout and front and rear chan-
nel levels decrease by the value set for the "non-fading" feature
(see p. 22).

Clock Display
Display the time.
Switching to Time Display:
Keep pressing the CLK button until the clock is displayed.
Adjusting Time
Adjust the time.
1 When the time is not displayed, first press the CLK button to
display the time.
2 While holding down the CLK button, press the @
or mt but-
tons to adjust the time.
The 4
button adjusts the hour and the »m1 button adjusts
the minutes.
Do not press the CLK button for two seconds or more, as it will
change to the name preset mode.
Press the kd of Bi button quickly to adjust the clock.
Disabled System Indicator (DSI)
A red indicator will blink on the unit after the faceplate is
removed, warning potential thieves. The factory default for
this function is ON.
Turning Disabled System Indicator On/Off:
1 Turn the power of the unit off.
2 While pressing buttons #1 and #3 at the same time, press the
TUN button.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 above to turn DSi back on.
