9) Changing your sauna's settings during a session
1. If you want to adjust the temperature during a session,
tap the Temp+ or Temp- buttons.
2. If you want to adjust the session time, simply tap the Time
+ or Time- buttons.
3. If you want to turn Off the sauna in the middle of a
session, tap and hold the Power button until your sauna
turns Off.
B. Getting started
• When your sauna session has 5 minutes left, the sauna
will beep letting you know your session is almost over.
