Error Messages Cause
• Any trouble may occur in
the measurement circuit
of the instrument.
Solution
• Turn the Power Off, and turn ON
again.
• If these message reappear even
though the above points have been
checked, the instrument may be
malfunctioning. Contact to the
nearest distributer or authorized
service facilities.
