Possible cause
- The cartridge is closed
- Material has hardened in the cart-
ridge nozzle and/or in the cartridge
opening
- The cartridge is damaged
- The piston rod with piston is jam-
med
- The cartridge is empty
- The opening in the cartridge nozz-
le is too small
- The feed speed is set too low
- The sealant or adhesive is solid
- The opening in the cartridge nozz-
le is too large
- The feed speed is set too high

Remedy
- Open the cartridge
- Remove the hardened material, use
the piercing tool if necessary
- Replace the cartridge
- Dismantle and clean the piston rod
(see section 5.5)
- Fit a new cartridge
- Cut the cartridge nozzle to size or
replace it
- Set the feed speed higher (see sec-
tion 6.2)
- Replace the cartridge
- Cut the cartridge nozzle to size or
replace it
- Set the feed speed lower (see sec-
tion 6.2)
