11 Troubleshooting

Problem
The device does not work.
The device is not cold enough.
The device switches itself on and off.
The interior LED lamp does not work.
Possible cause
The device is not connected to a pow-
er supply.
The device is switched off.
The circuit breaker tripped.
The fuse has blown.
The temperature is not set properly.
The ambient temperature could re-
quire a higher temperature setting.
The door was opened frequently.
The door was not closed properly.
The door is not hermetically sealed.
The condenser is too dirty.
The ventilation opening is blocked.
The room temperature is higher than
specified in the technical data (see
Technical data).
The device was recently replenished
with new food.
The door was opened frequently.
The door was not closed properly.
The door is not hermetically sealed.
The device is not connected to a pow-
er supply.
The circuit breaker tripped.
The fuse has blown.
The interior LED lamp was switched off
via the control panel.

Suggested remedy
Connect the device (see
necting the device to the power
supply).
Switch the device on (see
ing the device on/off).
Switch on the circuit breaker.
Replace the fuse.
Check the set temperature.
Set a higher temperature (see
Setting the temperature).
Do not open the door more of-
ten than necessary.
Close door properly.
Check the door seal and clean it.
If necessary, contact an autho-
rized service agent to replace
the seal.
Clean the condenser.
Clean the ventilation openings.
Put the device in a cooler place
(see Moving the device).
Allow the device to work for a
while until the set tempera-ture
has been reached.
Do not open the door more of-
ten than necessary.
Close door properly.
Check the door seal and clean it.
If necessary, contact an autho-
rized service agent to replace
the seal.
Connect the device (see
necting the device to the power
supply).
Switch on the circuit breaker.
Replace the fuse.
Switch on the interior LED lamp
