Problem
The pump stops working

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible cause
1. Malfunctioning parts.
1. The grease feeding system is loose.
2. Impurities at grease inlet slot.
3. Viscosity of the grease is too high.
4. Impurities in the valve.
5. Insufficient grease in the barrel.
1. The air supply valve and/or
surrounding parts are worn or
improperly seated.
2. The screws that hold the internal
parts in place are loose.
1. Parts of the outlet hose or grease
feeding system are blocked.
2. Impurities in the two single direction
valves in the plunge piston.
3. Impurities in the area between the
check valve and the grease inlet valve.
1. Grease is leaking from the V-type seal
ring.
1. Grease is leaking from the butyl
rubber seal ring.

Solution
1. Inspect the tool for parts that are
blocked, worn or damaged in any way and
replace damaged parts.
1. Install the feeding system properly and
tighten the screw cap.
2. Remove the impurities.
3. Use a different type of grease.
Use 0#-1# lithium grease in winter, 1#-2#
lithium grease in spring and autumn and
2#-3# lithium grease during summer.
4. Remove the impurities.
5. Fill the barrel with grease.
1. Remove the parts, clean them and
reinstall them properly.
2. Remove the screws, reinstall them
properly and tighten them.
1. Clean the blocked parts.
2. Disassemble the plunge piston and clean
it.
3. Disassemble the grease inlet valve and
clean it.
1. Replace the V-type seal ring with a new
one.
1. Replace the seal ring with a new one.
