Blinking 'battery empty' symbol: the battery is
low but will still operate correctly. Replace
the battery (see 'Preparing the appliance for
use'.)
Blinking 'battery empty' symbol: there is not
enough energy in the battery to measure the
correct temperature. Replace the battery (see
'Preparing the appliance for use').

Troubleshooting

1 The temperatures measured vary in case
of successive measurements or the
temperature measured seems to be
incorrect:
Please wait 15 seconds between successive
B
measurements.
A small deviation up to 0.4cC is normal for this
B
measuring method
Please make sure that you switch the appliance
B
on after you have placed it on the forehead.
Please make sure that you move the SensorTouch
B
slowly from above the eyebrow to the top of the
ear.
Please make sure that the sensor head is always
B
flat on the skin during the movement from the
eyebrow to the ear.
Please note that the SensorTouch must have
B
acclimatised for at least 30 minutes to the room
