In order to have more detail on the error highlighted by the unit, connect a remote control and view the
error on the remote control itself.

Verifications
Have there been voltage
fluctuations?
Is the remote control beyond the
maximum distance range?
Are there any obstacles between
the remote control and the UI?
Is the remote control correctly
aimed at the infrared receiver?
Is the display irregular?
The remote seems to be properly
positioned, but the UI is not
receiving the signal
Are there fluorescent lamps?
Are the air supply or intake
blocked?
In heating mode, has the set
temperature been reached?
Have you just switched on the
appliance in heating mode?
Lack of electricity?
Plug detached?

Solutions
Remove voltage from the
appliance and supply it after
waiting for at least 180 sec
The maximum distance is 8 m
Remove any obstacles
Replace the remote control and
try again
Check the batteries, replace if
necessary
Contact the supplier
Move the remote control closer
to the UI. Turn off the
fluorescent lamps and try again
