- Make sure that the power connections meet the conditioner requirements. Unstable power or
incorrect wiring can cause malfunctions. Install a proper power circuit before using the air
conditioner.
- Connect the phase, neutral and earth cables correctly.
- Make sure that the power supply is disconnected before proceeding with work related to electricity
or safety.
- Do not power the circuit before finishing the installation.
- If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by qualified personnel in order to avoid risks.
- If the refrigerant circuit temperature is too high, keep the interconnection cables away from the
copper pipes
- The equipment should be installed in accordance with the national electrical wiring regulation
- Installation must be performed in accordance with NEC and CEC requirements only by authorized
personnel
Step 1: Attach the holder of the houtdoor unit
3. Decide on the installation site according to the structure of the house.
4. Secure the outdoor unit in the designated location using the expansion screws
Note:
- Take sufficient safety measures while installing the outdoor unit.
- Make sure that the stand can support a weight equal to 4 times the weight of the unit.
- The outdoor unit must be at least 3 cm away from the floor to make room for the drain joint.
- 6 expansion screws are required for units with cooling capacity of 2300W-5000W; 8 expansion
screws are required for units with cooling capacity from 6000W to 8000W; 10 expansion screws are
required for units with cooling capacity from 10000W to 16000W
Step 2: Installation of the drain joint
3. Connect the external drain joint in the hole on the frame, as shown in the figure.
4. Connect the drain hose to the vent.
