PROCEDURE
1. Connect equipment as shown above.
2. Set up the test equipment as follows:
On the 8350A/B, press
[INSTR PRESET] [SHIFT] [CW] [5] [0]
[MHz]
to set the signal to 50 MHz swept CW. Press
[SWEEP TIME]
[1]
[5]
[0] [ms].
Press [Ul
MOD]
to turn on squarewave
modulation. On the Scalar Network Analyzer, press
[SHIFT]
and
Channel 2
[MEAS RATIO]
to turn off Channel 2.
