*2 : However, in case of "0.1MPa or less", temperature range is 0 to 70℃.
Where temperature of the liquid contact area may reach 70℃ (in case of steam, hot water and etc.),
make sure the temperature does not exceed 70℃ by using pipe syphon , etc.
Where the temperature of the low-temperature fluid such as cold water is measured, take
countermeasures for dew condensation prevention.
