SWITCHING ON THE DIPPED
BEAM HEADLIGHTS
With the ignition device at MAR, turn the
light switch (A) fig. 21 to position
The warning light switches on in the
instrument panel.
SWITCHING ON THE DAYTIME
RUNNING LIGHTS (DRL) "Daytime
Running Lights"
(where provided)
The position/daytime running lights are
switched on automatically with the ignition
device at MAR and light switch turned to
the AUTO position during the day.

SWITCHING ON THE FOG LIGHTS

(where provided)
With the ignition device at MAR, with the
side lights and dipped beam headlights
on, press switch
switches on in the instrument panel.

SWITCHING ON THE REAR FOG
LIGHTS
With ignition device at MAR, press button
. The rear fog light switches on only
when the dipped beam headlights or fog
lights are switched on.
SWITCHING ON THE BRAKE
LIGHTS
These can be turned on by turning the light
switch ring to the
warning light switches on in the instrument

panel.
SWITCHING ON THE MAIN BEAM

HEADLIGHTS

With the ignition device at MAR position,

push the left stalk (A) fig. 22 (forwards).
The switch should be turned to AUTO with
the dipped beam headlights on, or it should
be turned to position
switches off in the instrument panel.

DIRECTION INDICATORS

Take the left stalk (A) fig. 22 to the (stable)
position:
 upwards: activates the right direction
 downwards: activates the left direction
Warning light

"Lane Change" function
To signal a lane change, place the stalk
(A) fig. 22in the unstable position for less
. The warning light

flashes and then go out automatically.
HEADLIGHT ALIGNMENT
CORRECTOR
The adjustment, which is only possible with
the starter in the MAR position and the low
beam lights on, is carried out by turning the
ring (B) fig. 21, until the indicator coincides
with the number corresponding to the load
condition of the car:
Position 0: 1 or 2 occupants on front seats
position. The
Position 1: 4 people
Position 2: 4 people + load in luggage
compartment
Position 3: Driver + maximum permitted
load stowed in the boot
