7. Standard exchange of
movements
This consists in
replacing
the movement of the watch
which
needs to be repaired by a reconditioned standard
exchange
movement. Reconditioning
is
made according
to
the
procedure described
in
section
8.
It is advisable to
use
non-magnetic
tweezers
,
because
the
watches can
not
be demagnetized
in
any
case.
Take care
,
too
,
to avoid
touching the trimmer.

Before fitting the

1. Place the movement upon the movement-holder.
Make sure
that
the adjustable stop supports the
pivot of the center-second wheel.

Fit the hour and minute hands.

necessary
to make sure that the date

indication changes at midnight.
