Fit in the following order and lubricate
:
-the rotor 4211 (pinion facing upwards)
-the large driving wheel 201.1 (pinion facing
downwards)
-the fourth wheel 220 (pinion facing up-
wards)
-lubricate the tube and fit the mounted
center-second pinion 275.1
-the
mounted center-second pinion 275.1
.
Be careful not to damage its spring
.
Do not
lubricate the friction second pinion -
spring
-the
third wheel 210 (pinion facing upwards)
-the
intermediate wheel 203 (pinion facing
·
downwards)
-the
train-wheel bridge
110,
fixing
it
by its
two screws (511 0 long and 5110.1 short)
-the stop lever 9433 by sliding
its
pivoting
point under the pin; verify if the pin of the
setting lever is correctly engaged in the
hole of the
lever.
8.4.8
Check the shake of wheels and pm1ons
which should be between 0.03 and 0.05 mm.
To measure the endshake of the rotor, push
it
upwards and then downwards with non-
magnetic tweezers. Normally, the rotor
is
held by its magnet in an intermediate
position of
equilibrium.
N. B.: The train is braked by the magnetic field
existing between the rotor and the
stator.
It is
necessary to bear this in mind when checking the
wheels for free action
.

Fit in the following
order:
-the negative bridle insulator 4046
-the electronic module
4000,
fixing it by its
four screws
(54000).
Be careful not to
damage the coil with the screwdriver
-the upper
magnetic screen 4038

fixing it
by
its two
screws
(54038)
-
the positive bridle
4401
,
fixing
it
by
its
screw (54401
).
