First Call To The Vcare System - Konica Minolta bizhub 552 Setup Instructions

I. First Call to the vCare System
1. From within the Tech Rep Mode CS Remote Care settings, select Detail Setting.
2. Select Basic settings, then the Initial Transmission tab at the top.
3. Then press the Initial Transmission button at the bottom right.
4. After performing the Initial Transmission, the status should display in the upper left of
the screen should change from "Connected" to "Completed"
