Click on Add Accessory
On the home page click on Add Accessory or the + symbol in the top right corner of the screen

Click on "Don't Have a Code or Can't Scan?"
Go down to Don't Have a Code or Can't Scan? and press the text

Rinnai Home should appear in Nearby Accessories
The screen will display all Nearby Accessories. If everything is configured correctly an Rinnai Home will appear
here� Press the icon to start the paring process�

Enter Code
Input the 8-digits HomeKit set-up code you recorded earlier from Rinnai Home Worldwide. (See point 3 above)
10. Wait for Homekit to finish pairing
Wait a few moments for Homekit to complete the pairing process and populate the Rinnai Home devices
Some customers using certain routers or Internet operators could experience pairing issues due
to DNS settings. If this occurs, try setting the Internet router's local DNS server to "1.1.1.1" , and
NOTE
turn off "Dynamic DNS" or "Secure DNS" if they are enabled in router.
