Symptom
Device does not turn on.
System failure technical alarm active
(continuous speaker tone).
Device screen is blank.
Touchscreen/Buttons do not respond
when pressed.
Radius VSM module does not charge.

Setup Instructions
(Optional) Attach Acoustic Sensor
1. Attach RRa sensor on the neck.
