Section 4: Component Removal
WARNING
To prevent an electrical shock, take the following precautions:
1.
Disconnect the power. Trip circuit breaker to the OFF position, or remove fuse.
2.
Do not service when the range hood is working.
3.
Make sure all electrical connections are correct and secure.
4.
Make sure all electrical leads are properly dressed and secured away from sharp edges,
high-temperature components, and moving parts.
5.
Make sure all non-insulated electrical terminals, connectors, etc. are adequately spaced
away from all metal parts and panels.
6.
Make sure all safety grounds (both internal and external) are correctly and securely
connected.
7.
Make sure all panels and control board are properly and securely installed.
Vent Grill Cover and Filter Assembly Removal
1. Press the corners on the vent grill
cover at the same time to open.
2. Remove the vent grill cover.

3. Hold the small handles at both sides of
the filter assembly, press the filter assembly
backward towards the rear panel and then
remove the filter assembly. Repeat for the
second filter assembly.
