Brake system

The pedelec's brake system comprises either a
hydraulic:
rim brake on the front and rear wheels
disc brake on the front and rear wheels or
a rim brake on the front and rear wheels and an
additional back-pedal brake.
The mechanical brakes are used as an
emergency stop system and bring the pedelec to
a halt quickly and safely in the event of an
emergency.
