Food has frozen
together.
There is no audible
alarm even though the
door has been open for
a long time.

Possible cause and remedy
The food packaging was not dry when loaded in the
freezer.
 Use a blunt instrument, e.g. a spoon handle or
plastic scraper, to prise it apart carefully.
This is not a fault. The alarm has been switched off in
Settings mode. If you want to switch the audible
alarm back on again:
 In Settings mode , use the  or  sensor to
scroll to the  symbol.
 Touch OK.
 Use the  and  sensors to select the volume you
want for alarms and buzzers.
 Touch OK.
When the alarms and buzzers are switched on,
 will appear.
