Flat Field Calibration Wizard
This control will start a process that will help eliminate any optical spots caused by dust and
particles on the optical path (from lenses to mirrors on the telescope). This Wizard will walk you
through taking a couple of images so it can detect and remove the imperfections making a more
uniform image. With flat field correction, those types of defects could be effectively reduced, the
imaging effects will be more uniform, and the color reproduction of the images is smoother and
more realistic.

The Live Image Histogram allows you to either manually control the brightness of each of
the color channels or let the software perform this task for you automatically. This allows you
to pull out as much detail hidden in the image as you can.
