Maintenance Instructions Please note : Like all timber products, such as garden sheds and fencing, garden saunas require full exterior wood weatherproofing treatment after installation to ensure long life and prevention of water ingress.
  • Page 7 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 20/12/2023 Step 1 — Creating the base Create a square using the 4 bottom struts. Note: The front strut has a groove cut out for the front fixed glass panel. Make sure this strut is at the front of the square.
  • Page 8 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 20/12/2023 Step 2 — Installing the back panel Place the back panel onto the base and slot the right post beam up to lock in position.
  • Page 9 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 20/12/2023 Step 3 — Installing the back left upright Tilt the back panel up in order to get the back left upright to slot into the brackets. Connect and push the left back upright down and secure into position. There will be 3 screw connections on two faces of the upright.
  • Page 10 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 20/12/2023 Step 4 — Installing the right side panel Lift the right side panel and slide the brackets up the screw fixings and lock into position. Also ensure you push the panel down onto the right bottom strut and ensure they lock together.

  • Page 13 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 20/12/2023 Step 7 — Installing the floor Place the back part of the floor into position first. This insert will have square cutouts which are positioned towards the back of the sauna. Place the front part of the floor into position next.

Drill hole in the sauna wall to accommodate the electric box cable. Connect all electrics within the sauna.

  • Page 17 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 20/12/2023 Step 11 — Installing the bench—continued Locate the bench support frame and screw into position behind the bench front piece. Secure the bench front piece to the adjoining panels using the screws.

Note: Be careful not to drop the hex nut and washer down the upright. Insert the fixed glass into the groove cut-outs in the framework, lift the top framework up, then slot back down once it is in position.

Please note insulation will need to be cut to allow bolts to secure. Once in position, Locate the thermo probe and feed through the inner take all cabling from the back and side panel and connect on top of the roof.
  • Page 21 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 20/12/2023 Step 14 — Installing the wall lamp Secure the wall lamp cover by screwing into the 4 holes. Step 1: With a plumb line, guide it down the cavity of the left side panel to access the pre drilled hole on the inside.

Caution: Roof is heavy, Minimum 3 person lift advised. Please note : On the big roof, 3 curved cutouts are positioned to allow the inner roof connections to avoid being flattened.

To realign the door, loosen the bolts slightly, Unscrew bolts and separate Side View reposition and then retighten. Repeat this process until alignment is perfect.
