vice to your profile.
System does not show the
profile in the detected list.
System is not loading your
QR code or manual authori-
zation code.
QR and manual authoriza-
tion code are valid for a lim-
ited time of few minutes.

Solution
Verify your device is not as-
sociated with other driver's
profile.
Verify your device' s Blue-
®
tooth setting is on and
Lexus app is running on
your device.
Verify that car is in good
network area and DCM
connection is active.
Restart registration process
by going back previous
screen and entering phone
number again to get a new
QR code / manual authori-
zation code.
