Operating the map screen

This section explains the basic operations relating to the map display, such as the
current position display and scrolling the map
Current position
Touch [ ] to display detailed information about the current position.
[Share location]: Touch to share the ve-
hicle' s current position with a registered
contact.
To use this function, a smartphone must
be connected to the navigation system.
Map scale
Touch [ ] or [
of the map screen.
INFORMATION
● Pinch out on the screen to zoom in and pinch in to zoom out.
● Double tapping with 1 finger can also be used to zoom in. Double tapping with 2
fingers can be used to zoom out.
● Can also two finger tilt to change to 3D and back to 2D.
Orientation of the map
Touch [ ] to change the orientation of the map screen between north up,
heading up, and 3D heading up.
[ ] : North up icon
The map is always displayed with north up, regardless of the direction travel of the
vehicle.
