This SAMSUNG brand product, as supplied and distributed bySamsung Electronics America, Inc. (SAMSUNG) and deliverednew, inthe original
carton to the originalconsumer purchaser, is warranted by SAMSUNGagainst manufacturingdefects in materialsand workmanshipfor a limited
warranty period of:
One (1) Year Parts and Labor*
(*90 Days Parts and Labor for Commercial Use)
This limited warranty begins on the odginatdate of purchase, and is valid only on products purchasedand used in the United States. To receive
warranty service, the purchaser must contact SAMSUNGfor problem determinationand service procedures. Warranty service can only be
performed by a SAMSUNGauthorizedservice center. The original dated bill of sale must he presented upon request as proof of purchaseto
SAMSUNGor SAMSUNG's authorized service center. Transportationof the product to andfrom the service center is the responsibilityof the
purchaser.
SAMSUNGwill repair or replace this product, at our option and at no chargeas stipulated herein,with new or reconditionedparts or products if
foundto be defective duringthe limited warranty periodspecified above. Alt replaced parts and products become the property of SAMSUNG and
must be returned to SAMSUNG. Replacement partsand products assumethe remaining originalwarranty, or ninety(90) days, whichever is
longer.
SAMSUNGisobligations with respect to software products distributed bySAMSUNG under the SAMSUNG brand name are setforth in the
applicableend user license agreement. Non-SAMSUNGhardware and software products, if provided, are on an "AS iS" basis. Non-SAMSUNG
manufacturers,suppliers, publishers, and service providers may provide their own warranties.
This limited warranty covers manufacturingdefects in materials andworkmanship encountered in normal,and except to the extent otherwise
expressly providedfor in this statement, noncommercialuse of this product, and shall not apply to the following, including,but not {imitedto:
damage which occurs in shipment;delivery and installation;applications and uses for which this product was not intended; altered productor
serial numbers; cosmetic damage or exteriorfinish; accidents,abuse, neglect,fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; use of products,
equipment,systems, utilities, services,parts, supplies, accessories,applications, installations, repairs,extemat wiring or connectors not supplied
and authorized by SAMSUNG,or which damage this product or result in service problems; incorrectelectrical line voltage, fluctuations and surges;
customer adjustmentsand failure to follow operating instructions,cleaning, maintenance and environmental instructionsthat are covered and
prescribedin the instruction book; product removal or reinstallafion; reception problems and distortionrelated to noise, echo, interference or other
signal transmission and delivery problems. SAMSUNGdoes not warrant uninterruptedor error-free operation of the product.
THEREARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIESOTHERTHAN THOSE LISTEDAND DESCRIBEDABOVE, AND NO WARRANTIESWHETHER

ON SAMSUNG. SAMSUNGSHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF REVENUEOR PROFITS, FAILURETO REALIZE SAVINGS OR OTHER
BENEFITS, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL,INCIDENTAL ORCONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE, MISUSE OR iNABILITY TO
USETHIS PRODUCT, REGARDLESSOF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND EVEN IF SAMSUNGHAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITYOF SUCH DAMAGES. NOR SHALL RECOVERY OF ANY KIND AGAINST SAMSUNGBE GREATER IN
