my neighbor asked me to look at her sodastream machine because carbonation is not getting down into the container but seems to be leaking somewhere up in the head of this machine. I cannot find this particular model anywhere on your site. It has the metal canister at the bottom just like the duo but the cover above is silver color and more "bullet" shaped than any I see on your site. And the "lever'' at the top back is shaped like a small toung and is silver. I suspect that the small hose coming from the cylinder and routed into the back of the machine may either be loose or broke inside. I have no idea as to the age of this machine but I'm curious as to why I cannot find a picture of it on your site where you list and show ALL models. And more importantly, if that small hose is broke is the part available?

Common issues with the SodaStream DUO include the hassle and cost of replacing CO2 cylinders, and potential CO (carbon monoxide) leaks. In the event of a CO leak, users are advised to ventilate the area and seek medical attention if unwell. There is also a risk of glass carafe breakage during carbonation, which could cause injury or damage. It is important not to use damaged or non-original carafes and to avoid exposing the glass carafe to extreme temperatures.
The availability of the small hose part for the SodaStream DUO is not mentioned in the provided information.
