An additional mechanical switching device for
manual operation of the circuit breaker in the
Service position is also installed (see Fig. 26, 27).
If the withdrawable part is in the Service position,
operation is carried out using the knob which
swings a push rod extension out. (see Fig. 26, 27).

It is possible to remove the key only at locked position.
8.3.3 Earthing switch - type EK6
The earthing switch EK6 has a snap closing
mechanism which is independent of the rotation
of the drive shaft. An earthing switch allocated to
a circuit breaker is enabled for switching only
when withdrawable part is in the Test/
Disconnected position or removed from the
switchgear. Turn earthing switches ON only when
the doors are closed.
