A wireless network cannot be not found

Electromagnetic waves being emitted from devices such as microwave ovens or from other
wireless devices are obstructing the wireless communication.
Turn off these devices or keep the sound bar and wireless LAN router (access point) away from these
devices. Or, connect the sound bar to a 5 GHz-compatible wireless LAN router (access point).

Access to the network is limited by the way the firewall is configured on the wireless LAN router
(access point).
Check to see how the firewall is configured on the wireless LAN router (access point).
