4.6.4 Voicemail Settings

Voicemail settings can be used to configure global voicemail options for all extension users.
Max Greeting Time sets the max greeting message duration the extension users can record in
their mailbox to greet the callers when they entering voicemail.
Dial '0' for Operator: option if enabled, the callers can press 0 to call the operator extension.
Delete Voicemail: When this option is enabled, the voicemail in the IPPBX system will be
automatically deleted after the voicemail is sent out by email (regardless of whether the email is
sent successfully or not).
Message Format: sets the voicemail audio file format to be saved in the IP PBX system.
Maximum Messages sets the maximum number of messages can be saved in the system for
each extension user.
Max Message Time sets the maximum duration of a single voice message can be accepted by IP
PBX system.
Min Message Time sets the minimum duration of a single voice message can be accepted by the
IP PBX system, message duration less than the Min Message Time will be discarded by IP PBX
system.
Say Message Caller ID: Announce caller ID when listening to the message on user extension.
Say Message Duration: Announce message duration when listening to the message on user
extension.
Play Envelope: Announce date time and caller ID when listening to the message on user
extension.
Allow Users to Review: Allow callers to review their message before saving.
