The rate, delay time and depth of the vibrato effect work at its set level in writing.
Therefore, it is necessary to have set each parameter in this LFO Mod Section to appro-
priate level even when you are writing a patch without vibrato effect (the LFO Modura-
tion Switch is set to off).
