Solution
Make sure that the mopping pad is placed
correctly. Check the user manual for proper
placement.
Only use Philips XV1670/02 microfiber
mopping pad for the 7000 series. The
mopping pads can be bought in the online
Philips shop at www.philips.com/support
or at your Philips dealer.
