Cautions in Handling

To reduce the risk of injury, loss of life, electric shock, fire, malfunction, and damage to equipment or property, always
observe the following safety precautions.
The following symbols are used to classify and describe the level of hazard, injury, and property damage caused when the
denotation is disregarded and improper use is performed.

• Never conduct wiring or maintenance work with wet hands or when the product surface is wet. Otherwise,
electric shock and/or malfunction may result.
• Do not dismantle or remodel the product. It could lead to excessive exothermic heat or smoke generation.
• Since the touch panel is made of glass, care should be taken so that a hard object may not hit it or an
excessive force should not be applied. Do not fall the product from a high place because there is a danger
of the glass breaking and causing an injury.
• Do not press more than one point on the touch panel at a time. A switch located in the middle of the plural
points pressed (that was not meant to be pressed) will be activated. It could lead to a damage to the facility
or an accident.
• The above are safety precautions regarding the touch panel console LP-ADP50. For "Cautions in Handling" for the laser
marker / laser welding machine, refer to the manual for each model.
