TO USE THE
4:3 Expand Format Control

any times while watching
movies from a DVD player the
image is shown in "letter box'* for¬
mat. This is the format that is
shown in movie theaters, when
shown on a TV screen, the image
will have areas of black on top and
bottom of the screen. After the
desired format has been selected
you can shift or "nudge* the pic¬
ture by pressing the cursor to move
the picture up or down.
Press the CURSOR RIGHT
►► or LEFT ◄◄ buttons to
select one of the toggle the
screen format options.
While in the format options,
you can press the CURSOR
UP ► or DOWN ■ buttons to
"nudge" the picture up or
down.

Superwide
Widescreen
NOTE: "Nudge'' does not
work in the Wide screen
Picture Format.
