- Ringtone: This is the sound made by phone when someone calls you. Press
one of the ringtones provided by your phone. You can also select an audio file from the microSD 
card.
- Ringtone volume: Press
- Message: This is the sound made by your phone when you receive a message. Press
to select one of the message tones provided by your phone.
- Message volume: Press
- Keypad: This is the sound made by your phone when you press any key of the phone. Press
to select one of the keytones (Silent, Click, Tone and Human void tone) provided

by your phone. If you select Silent, your phone will make no sound when you press any key of 
the phone. If you select Click or Tone, your phone will make a short sound when you press any 
key of the phone. If you select Human void tone, your phone will read out each number when 
you dial a phone number and make a short sound (Tone) when you press any key of the phone 
in other occasions.
- Keytone volume: Press
3. After you have made all the changes to this profile, select Options > Save to save all your changes 
and return to the Profiles home screen.

15.2 Phone

Time and date

ƒ Set home city: Select your home city as an easy way to specify your time zone.
ƒ Set time/date: Set or change your phone's time and date, and turn daylight saving on or off.
ƒ Set format: Choose to use 12-hour or 24-hour time format, change the date format (DD MM 
YYYY, MM DD YYYY or YYYY MM DD) and change the date separator ("/", "-", "." or ":").
ƒ Update with time zone: Turn this on to let your phone automatically update the date and time 
based on the time zone specified above.

Languages

Select a display language from the list of available languages.

Display

ƒ Wallpapers: Change the wallpaper for the home screen.
ƒ LCD backlight: Adjust the screen brightness and set the length of time before the screen 
automatically turns off.
For instructions for changing these settings, see "6.2 Changing the display" on page 8.

Flight mode

Switch between Normal mode and Flight mode.
Flight mode turns off all functions that emit or receive signals, while leaving your phone on so you 
can use functions that don't require a signal or data.
While your phone is in flight mode, all its communication functions are disabled including phone 
calls, messaging and Bluetooth.

Dedicated Key

You can assign functions to the 4 navigation keys (Up, Down, Left, Right) for quick access to them.
The default assignments are as follows:

ƒ Down: Photo contact
ƒ Left: Profiles
