For installation of the drill chuck first
the drill chuck adaptor has to be
installed on the cutterblock shaft. Hold
shaft at the other end with a 24 mm
socket chuck when tightening the
adaptor.
To check if the table is parallel with the cutterblock, put a round shaft into the
drill chuck, then place the checking strips supplied between clamping table and
shaft. Adjust table position as required. Reinstall the cover plate.
Install the crank on the handwheel.

Controls

The clamping table's vertical position
is adjusted with the handwheel. Turn
clockwise to raise, turn counter-
clockwise to lower the clamping table.
Remove the inner cover plate.
Checking strip
Screw the clamping arm shaft into the
tapped hole in the clamping table.
Tighten starknob to lock table in
position.
Fit the morticing attachment to the
machine's frame.
Hardware:
4 pcs hex. head screw M 8x25
4 pcs washer Ø 8.4
4 pcs hexagon nut M 8
Placer lever into socket joint and
secure with a countersunk screw
M 8x20.
Slide the clamping arm onto the
clamping arm shaft.
The drilling depth (y-axis) is controlled
by back and forth movement of the
operating lever.
